hi grumpy, Traced that kill wire back and not grounded as far as I can see. So I'm thinking that I need to take it down to the mower shop and get him to take a look at it for me.
I still find it strange that when I pull the cord the reel spins. I'm thinking there may also be and issue around the lever that engages the reel.
