I'm going to have to give my masport iron horse a whirl, It uses a primer, but has only 2 speed throttle, normal and light.

I'm curios to find out how well the governor copes with load changes, and how well it idles when the catcher is being emptied.

I don't really understand why the idea of choking or priming seems that bad or needs to be called "Guesswork" to me, starting the Victa I mow my lawns with is simple, fuel tap on, press the button 3 times, slide her to 'Start' and pull the cord, once!

Once running, just slide it to 'Run' and away you go!
