If you can go to a dealer and not have luck id say thats a very very bad thing.

I would go back to the dealer and demand good luck from the next person up the food chain.
Sales guy, sales manager, manager, dealer principal, dealer principals wife.

If they want to sell Poo they have to offer some degree of customer service. The ones that get repeat customers are ones that offer the best of the best as far as customer service goes.
The ones that are so so but have a monopoly get customers begrudgingly and thats not loyalty.
If they can not answer your questons they should refer it to the parent company and get the answer from them for you.


Sorry but i get a bit pissy with bad customer service.
I like to buy australian and i like to buy local. For conveniance i dont even mind paying a little extra.
I rang the mower dealer in the next suburb over, hes got parts for me before. Wanted to order about $200 worth of bits for the Ride on i bought for my dad, blades and engine service stuff, they never got back to me.
