Well as I said not much known as yet,but the date I have is 1975.They weren't to be opposition for the VC just part of the cut wet grass advertising theme.With more torque at lower rev's bigger base and I guess quicker mowing.I guess it may have appealed to the people that hate mowing and wanted it over quicker.Even if the grass was damp.
