If the plastic block that is screwed to the cylinder is loose then remove it a replace the 'o' ring behind it. Also replace the 'O' ring on the plastic block.

I am going to send information on the carby as I think that you have done something incorrect before I give you any more information.

Let me know once you have read the carby information.
