Yep, That's a MKIII, no doubt about it!

It still has the corect parts code on the air filter too! V111
(MKI = V80, MKII = V96 & MKIII = V111)

They are the 1972-1973 Model, Powered by a Series 70 MKII 160cc Engine, Whitch has the G3 Carburettor.

I notice the Decompression Valve is missing in one of the Photo's, You need the first type, I beleve there are 5 different decompression valve styles, Yours needs the larger, deeper bowl, on the longer stem, Held shut with 3 Clips.

Update: Sorry, there are 6 different styles of victa decompressor valve!
