$25 as scrap. Well thats what an ally base costs me at the scrap yard. Probably only give you 10-15 for it.
The other mower would fetch $150+ well it would if you can get the paint looking reasonable, running good, serviced and a catcher for it. They are easy to find for the steel base. But i wouldnt give more than $20 for it.
