I was recently given a Victa Lawnmower which I pulled apart and cleaned. It has since started but the carburettor needs to be set as it tends to surge and does not respond well to the throttle control. There is a very real chance that the throttle mechanism and vacuum valve unit are assembled incorrectly. The carburettor is metal with a white plastic float chamber, but I cannot adentify the motor. There is a "160" sticker on the front and a "series 70" sticker on the side.

Help, please...
