I have spoken to him on the phone and he sounded fair dinkum! as for the catchers thay will catch the clipings fine, mtd rover sell 17 inch catchers only, i have been told that when there gone there gone gen catchers are welded and have pressed out sides and a rolled seam down the left and right of the catcher riff raffs are flat sided pop riveted and no rolled seam so if u want original u could be lucky and buy 1 from mtd rover [17'] up to $200 or in most cases if u score a 14 inch ore 20 inch catcher it will need repairing regards steve....
