A friend has an old Homelite HK16 Whipper snipper and cannot get it to run unless the inlet is partially covered, he has cleaned the carb out and has kitted it as well. The adjustable High, Low Jets do not have any effect if adjusted.

He thinks it could be crank seals?

Any ideas fellas?
