Hi homer,just a tip-on viewing your photo of your clean carby,i noticed that where the fuel hose goes in to the white cap-you need to turn it 45 deg anti clock wise so that the float level line is horizontal.you might need to undo the main jet-remove the cover and make sure the float needle has not dislodged...ken
