No probs Deejay, attached before & after shots of the front roller. I have a more work to do on it & I think I can get it to come up a little better, however I think it is a considerable improvement. You are spot on (again) in your suggestion the rod is worn on the front roller rod. There is definite wear on the underside of the rod itself, so , I simply turned it 180 degrees, bolted it back on & the wear is now on top of the rod, not where the roller spins.
