It is new and has never mowed a lawn but it is out of warranty. I recently had my Victa two stroke to the local mower shop and they couldn't fix it. I thought I would have a look myself and found it was a blocked main jet so I don't have much confidence in them. Looks like I will have to remove the carburettor and have a look at the diaphram. I have replaced one of these on a old Rover but it was a long time ago! I will let you know what I find. Thanks for your fast reply.
