Yes Allpower has taken over Shindaiwa some months back from Powerup Industries.

I can not see Shindaiwa disappearing in the future so don't worry. The only thing that will change is the dealers because what Allpower will do is close dealers accounts that don't sell enough product which in turn will mean the public will have to travel further to get what they want.
