Well I checked the muffler and there are no obstructions in it. but just ran into another problem when I put the muffler back on. One of the oil pump bolts has managed to work its way loose and foul the flywheel, so I have had to take apart the flywheel to re install the bolt mad this thing just wants to be a pain in the butt.
