Thanks Bruce for the reply, problem is this thing doesn't have a primer bulb, unless they've hidden it just to frustrate dopes like me. I've found the repair manual for it and that doesn't mention a bulb anywhere. I shall persevere and probably have a coronary in the process. Thanks again for your help. Regards, Colin.
