I googled a bit more to see what part number to use for a power torque rod to fit the full crank and got EN02081A which
will fit mid seventies full crank but you may need to use the power torque piston as Gudgeon pin in different.
The 1978 to 1984 full crank Gudgeon pin I think is same size as power torque.
For a Power Torque conrod I think they are all the same possibly it's just a metric thread instead of imperial on the later PT big end pin.
So early Power Torque conrod should fit the 160 but the easiest way is to measure the PT parts as there are a few different part numbers on the conrods.
