Hi Max, I agree with you it is only to make a circuit. We spent a few hours over the weekend sorting out getting HQ wiper motors to park. They are interesting because everything on those work off the neutral, the switch has no power to it. We had that all in our heads 40 years ago but the memory had forgotten most of what goes on in there.
