They tend to grow on us, literally! Word is around that I am into old mowers but I have yet to be given one. Every old mower I have in my collection were purchased, often at considerable expense. Of course if ever I try to sell one, nobody wants it for the price I am asking. Actually I lie, as I did sell a 1970s Rover a few years back for about $50. It actually cost me more than that to repair. I still await the day when someone might be so kind as to give me an old mower.
