Hi, That is a Rover Colt Major, model 7313, 5hp From approx 1976 going by the engine code. Can you take a pic of the engine from the back side of the carby? The alternator sticker has me intrigued, usually that was only on models with electric start. If the engine was originally electric start I would be interested in it, as I have the parts here to make it complete
