Haven't done much on my mower lately but I have managed to get some simple parts 3D printed just to see how they go. Not bad for a first effort, some thought will have to go into orientation etc. AFAIK this part is not available in the parts store so hopefully not treading on anyone's toes, plus it's not made of the correct type of plastic. Original was hard like bakelite.
