There are no kinks in the fuel lines. A pin hole is possible (there is an air bubble in the priming bulb which does not go away). There is no fuel tank filter that I can see. One of the fuel lines appears to be just pushed into the fuel tank without any nipple or filter. This line connects to input side of the priming bulb. The other line from the fuel tank has a nipple and connects to the bottom of the carby. The output from the primer connects to the top of the carby. I'm thinking that these two lines could be the wrong way around!
