Hi IHWS,Admin Deejay and all Contributors

First, thank you to Pitrack_1 for being so sensitive of the cause.
All members of ODK - from the man they call Bruce, Administrator Deejay,
and all moderators - do their best in insuring user experience.

IHWS raised a great point about delay being beneficial for adding
'reflection time' before posting. Many posts could benefit from that!

For me, any complaint or problem with the site should be conducted and
explained in good will - that it will be listened to.

Administrator Deejay has beautifully and firmly explained the history of
this posting rule for all of us. Obviously, it will be reviewed as need arises.

Thanks to all good members for your patience & understanding.
